When I was initially looking for a new TV, specifically LG C2, the JB Hi-Fi store rep advised he was not pushing for a sale but suggested taking a look at the 55" and 65" models when they just came in and strangely were setup not at the prominent display areas. The displays, though not tuned and in the usual JB Hi-Fi non-flattering environment and dank corner, looked impressive.
Online research showed a multitude of quality control issues - many fixed later on with firmware updates. Concerns over aforementioned quality control, burn-in (I do not upgrade TVs often and was looking at a long ownership period) and wanting a bright screen for a bright room steered me to a Samsung Neo QLED TV.
Personally, I would recommend this if you can get it from a brick and mortar store that can facilitate easy returns but if you can stretch your budget a bit and for a little piece of mind take a look at the LG CX, 2 or G2 before they run out completely or hold off and save a bit for the G3 for a bright OLED TV.

Bought the 65 inch from JB last month. Was very worried as room is quite bright can tell you it was not an issue. It's very crisp and anti reflective coating works a treat. So happy I didn't get the mini led variant.
Once you go OLED, you never go back.
