      I read it as it runs on 240V so it doesn't need a separate driver; it can be plugged in to a normal power point. However the plug has to be attached to the 0.3m cable by a licensed electrician.

      I'm sure only licensed electricians buy power plugs from Bunnings. ;)

    $22 for an Arlec 10W floodlight with a plug from Bunnings .
    They used to to have a twin 15W pack for $30 although I can't see it on their website .
    I use 2 over an Aquarium and they have worked great for over a year .

        Yes it's the same; it comes with bare wires. They're really meant to be installed on a wall and wired into a junction box.
