Mum had the kitchen shear for 20 years. Still sharp but the plastic molding break before the metal.
Its one of the very best knife brands in the world.

Whatever about the rrp I have this set and find it great. Have had a few people visit then buy the same after using.
Prove the RRP to me is accurate and ill buy it.
Not to mention you don't get many actual knives for your 8 pieces.
The block counts in the set. You'll find this in most knife block sets.

Don’t bother. Zwilling is the cheap line from this company. You want Zwilling JA Henckles which is their quality line. It’s difficult to say what these knives are even worth.
They’ve gotten cunning about it too. Zwilling always had a single person on the logo and the Zwilling JA Henckles had the twins on the logo. But this has twins logo but is Zwilling line.
I think you might be out of date with that information. It appears that their quality line is now branded "Zwilling", while the lower end knives are branded "Henckels" with no knives at all branded "Zwilling J. A. Henckels". The Zwilling knives have the twin figure logo, and the Henckels knives have the single figure logo. Here's a page showing their knives by price descending, with the Zwilling knives coming first and Henckels knives at the bottom.

It's the other way around. "Zwilling" literally means "twin", and the Four Star line has been around for decades.
Also, why do so many people on the internet spell it "Henckles"?

Inflated rrp. Made mistake of buying a product from them once, they wouldn’t honour warranty.
All retail stores need to honour warranty, unless you have trashed (talked) the product. RRP is also set from the Australian supplier, not the retailer.
Obviously your store doesn’t honour the warranty & has rubbish customer service.

This a is a good price for decent German made knives.
Been using this set for 14years. Still looks new and with sharpening every now and then works like new.
