  • Trying to buy two. But keep getting Notice: This coupon code is valid?.

    • Ignore me. It is working unlike my mince pies.

      • yep thats what you want.. I take it you were looking at the item line and not the cart total at the bottom where the discount is applied :)

Should get $35 off the total for 2 right?

        • Correct, But when i go to Paypal price shows total of $226 for two units. Then when i click on pay it shoots up to $239 for two units?

        • Hmm, i only went as far as adding to cart. Does it do the same for one?

        • Sorry i meant $238.82. Now in checkout its showing a total of $238.82 for two units. With the message "sorry coupon cannot be used together with recommender." when using BACKSCHOOL coupon. shipping is $0 so it's not that. No idea what recommender is my total discount is $12.58.

        • Yeh when you use a coupon it gives that message, recommender code is my affiliate link, gives 5% off ( which is $12.58). Sounds like it's applied the code as a recommender instead.

Click cancel under the coupon box, enter BACKSCHOOL again and click the coupon tab again before submitting to make sure it goes in as that

Though you did say it had $35 off before…

        • yep, tried just 1 with code BACKSCHOOL. Message reads: Sorry coupon cannot be used with recommender, but you can use it within your next order. I just get the referer discount of $6.29 for 1

started from scratch on my other laptop and same thing. correct price in checkout when using BACKSCHOOL, but went up when paying via paypal and will not accept the code anymore.

  • Just make sure you get ENGLISH instructions too…I have just received one and even though I'm VERY happy with the tablet…The instructions are ALL in CHINESE…! Can anyone help and suggest where to obtain Engish instructions for the 7" Ainol Novo7 Aurora II ?? Thanks for the help.

  • this is a good bargain given their prices are already low!

  • how to add the recommender code in after discount code? is it working for anyone? seems like you can only add in one code..

    • NO, you can't add both in one go. The OP said after 2 purchases, recommender code can be applied for 5% off.

  • Yeh only one or the other, i meant after you've used the code up twice, can use my recommender code for future purchases.

  • "7" Ainol Novo7 Aurora II for $115.99 (or buy 2 at $108.49 each)" - Don't tempt me to buy you evil, evil man!

But seriously, $108 for a kick-ass tablet is amazing.

If I buy 2 will anyone be interested to buy one from me?(I'm in Sydney)

    • did u end up getting two?
i might be interested in buying one of u if the order i made myself doesnt go through :D
oh you got the 16gb version right?

TIP: DO NOT USE REFERER CODE WHEN CREATING ACCOUNT, if you want to be able to use the BACKSCHOOL coupon.

There is no way to remove the referer code from your order, and then you can't add the BackSchool code.
I had to create a new account with a diff email, in order to be able to use the $10 off code.

    Thanks OP.

    • if you use IE, you will be able to remove it. I tried it before.

      • I'm using IE. What's the trick to remove it?

I tried adding the BackSchool code, and then removing it, but the referer code stays there. I tried adding the referers name as a code, and removing, but nothing.
I looked in account settings, nothing.
        Is there a tick/untick box i'm missing?

        • first, remove the refer code then click submit. After that, the code box becomes blank then select coupon in orange highlighted box where you can enter backschool then click submit again.

    This or the nexus 7?

    • 2-3 of these or the Nexus 7? :P

But seriously, the Nexus 7 (or at least some of them) have a issue with the screen casing. It moves or something?

The Nexus 7 has no micro SD slot so it was an instant no-no for me :(

  • Did anybody get shipping confirmation?. I received the following e-mail from them.

"Sorry to bother you. You may find your order on BuyinCoins.com is still waiting to be shipped. Because we get a notice from our warehouses that we temporarily run out of stock of this item. We have been making every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on BuyinCoins.com, but we meet the inventory management problem on rare occasion.

We will ship your order within next 2-3 days if the new cargo arrives, otherwise we will refund you. For Details, please sign in your account and check the status of your order. Your attention to this notification would be highly appreciated."

  • ordered a Ainol Novo7 Aurora2 on Weds, still no email, or confirmation yet. Wondering if I should cancel the order?

    • +1

if you cancel, doubt u'll never get it for this price again (well not anytime soon), wait for your order to come.. :) most of these chinese websites are slow.. you get what you pay for

  • I got a confirmation email, the day after purchase, on Thur 16/8/12.

"Dear Customer, Your order XXXXX has been sent to post office. Now the Order Status is Dispatched.
Estimated arrival time: 10-40 days after we posted."

    I ordered 1 Elf II.

  • Is the only difference between the Aurora and the Elf the IPS screen?

    • +1

      yes

    • No. Elf has 8gb built in memory, Aurora has 16gb. Plus, Aurora comes in White as well as Black.

      • +1

        To clarify Josh's statement,

        ElfII;
        Storage: 8 or 16gb
        Colours: black

        Aurora;
        Storage: 16gb
        Colour: black or white
        Screen: IPS

        • +1

pretty much only IPS is the only difference if you refer to the hardware.

  • update- my order for the aurora 2 just dispatched. ordered 15/8, dispatched 20/8.

    • kool

  • Got my tab today from these guys. Pretty fast shipping, was here in 9 days

    • When was it shipped?

I ordered mine on the 21st, and it was shipped on the 24th according to buy in coins

  • Mine has arrived! Ordered 16/8, got emailed saying "sent to post office" on 16/8, arrived 30/8. 2 weeks exactly.
    This was from BuyinCoins.

They provided a charger and an OTG cable. But the charger is not Aussie pins, so i've had to use an adapter i already had.

  • Mine came today! impressed with the shipping time and packaging!!
ordered with buy in coins on 21st of august
    http://oi46.tinypic.com/n3uhaq.jpg

  • Mine arrived today, well packed but a few issues;

    • pressure on the back panel will show on the screen, i noticed this when unpacking, looked like a bubble in the anti scratch layer. Disappeared after a while
    • wifi, its been saying "turning on" for 2 hours with no change
    • POSSIBLY FAULTY DEVICE? device turns off after a period. I believe it goes into standby then uber standby (ie turns itself off). Not sure if its a feature or a fault? Can anyone else confirm?

Otherwise its a really nice device, nice feel and very fast. I just hope the few issues I had can be resolved.
