Antifog Windscreen Spray Legal in Tas?

I was considering buying a spray to stop my card windscreen from fogging, but was not sure if it was legal in Tasmania.

Only perforated vinyl is legal in Tasmania. Also, I hope you both didn't think that jury duty was fully legit reality TV.

No, because Tasmania hasn’t progressed enough to have cars that require windscreens…

Have you considered snap-on magnetic window shades?

Legality is a moot point. Anti fog isn’t go to do anything for a card windscreen.

    You mean this stuff? https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/rain-x-rain-x-anti-fog-i…

I never thought it could be illegal.

I heard that the Tasmanian cops will randomly swab windscreens to see if they have rainx on them, I wouldn't chance it. Don't want an anti-fog use charge on your record.

    The Rain-X anti-fog doesn't work anyway.

After seeing how f'n well the original Rain-X for outside works, I was so disappointed with the anti fog for inside!

Only marriages between siblings are legal in Tasmania.

    Who cares?

Any government that would make capricious 'laws' like that deserve to be ignored and disobeyed. Go on, disobey them, clean your windscreen, I dare you!

    • I'll have you know I'm on the phone to the police right now
