Apparently it's not real 4k according to comments and ratings on officeworks
"Misleading information This is advertised as a 4K TV. Bought it, took it home and set it up. Nothing works in 4K only 1080, so I contacted customer support. They emailed me back stating that 4K will not work with Sony, Microsoft or LG products. Bluray won't even play in 4K. Netflix is built in and that won't even play in 4K. Have contacted for a refund"
