Best Home Loan with Cashback offer

My IP fixed term is expiring in mid Sep so looking to refinance with cashback offer.

I note lot of banks are withdrawing cashback offer so want to get it done before all end up doing it.

What's the best lender with less document based hassle and offer $4k cashback? Not in favour of Ubank because want internet banking logins.

I am with St George Bank.
