    Help, I did purchase upon activation of Chemist Warehouse deal and spent $5.94, but I only received the 0.1% email notification, there was no bonus cashback email and cannot find bonus $2.5 added to my account.

      The $2.50 is added manually at time of your normal cashback being confirmed. So in about 90 days

      The $2.50 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns confirmed

            @Sheng: I use it without second thought. It has been always working regardless any Rep, T&Cs' wording. Asking to confirm it often just makes it to merchant's attention.

            For such a small bonus, it is always worth the risk to know the real setting in place.

              @Neoika: I didn't have such luck. Probably a coincidence. I'm a fairly new member and my purchases using GC payments at CWH were rejected together with the bonuses. I didn't use GC for the last 2 purchases and bonuses have been completed.
              Would be interested to know if anyone else had issues paying with GC

                @trixieb: The same issue with BIG W before. Initially, whatever payment was eligible for cashback. After too much inquiries about eGC, $EDR's eligibilities, they were not eligible as now plus the spend threshold lifted.

      same, and seems it has stopped since earlier on…I keep checking the amount claimed and it has stayed the same for ages. I purchased just after 9 and my husband just after me and nothing has happened as yet. Made sure the activation was definitely showing in the app ready to go.

          @MiscOzB CWH tracking/bonus on SB has been a hit and miss on my app.

          I was confused with the various opt-ins/redemptions and missed out on the recent Liquorland challenge ($5 bonus/$125 spend). Only 500 redemptions (3943 participants). Thought I had till 31 July to shop and had $40 to go

          My purchase 2 hours ago just tracked and it should be between 1404 - 1644. Still 350+ slots left as now. It seems to be safe to purchase up to 9pm if not 10pm.

    No doubt it is a good deal, just a side idea that sometimes we should not only look at the saving in % but also in the amount in $ VS the effort. It seems like there have been more and more of these $2 saving deals recently. Again it is still a good deal to most people.

    Thanks. bought a bottle of sukin men facial cleanser for $7.47-$2.50
    Not sure why but looks like CW and BigW are the only retailers left selling this particular product.
    It's off the shelves in Coles/WW/Amazon/Target etc
    I know sukin is having some issues recently but the other retailers are still selling sukin shampoo body wash etc
    just not men facial cleanser. Not sure why. :S

    Be careful of Chemist warehouse price if you purchase items $4.99 you won’t get the bonus because of 1 cent short. The system will not tracked the bonus. What l did l purchased strepsil for $4.99 + Syringe $0.39 = $5.38 click & collect.This is the way l spend qualify amount by T & C. This message is my idea if you guys don’t know what to buy for $5. 3 strepsils favor on sale at the moment suit for this weather and plus any cheapest items whatever you like l found syringes is the cheapest one so far or maybe something cheaper is your choice.

    I placed an order last night which was tracked but i recieved an email from CW this morning saying two of my items are out of stock. I have the option of partial cancellation, wait for items to come in stock or complete refund. Does anyone know if i do a partial cancellation(still qualify for promo as remaining items are still above $5) will my cashback be rejected? I suspect so but wanted to clarify since im not the one wanting to cancel any part of the order and im not sure if the out of stock itms will come back in stock since they were clearance. Thans in advance.

      Yes you can. There's an option to cancel the order after clicking the link they send via sms.

      The cancel link on the website does nothing. Looking at the T&Cs, you can't cancel:

      After you have submitted your order, you cannot change or cancel it. Orders are processed instantly and being prepared for dispatch.
