Hi Ozbargain Legends!

Here's to my first time posting here. I'm delighted to announce I've gotten allocations for the final print run of the Pokémon TCG - Fusion Strike Booster Boxes.
These will be shipped (Australia Wide) upon arrival in 3-4 weeks time.

As many of you know, Pokémon Company had recent price adjustments made with all products (reprints included). Despite this, we have priced these cases to be as competitive as possible. Feel free to PM me as well as I can provide a cheaper deal offline! I am quite well known amongst the Pokemon Facebook group pages.

Cheers, Dom the Mystical Merchant

  • Great price! Any evolving skies allocation?

    • Thanks jonomatic! Nothing for Evolving Skies. However, Evolving Skies did just have a short reprint run (2-3 weeks ago) which only brick and mortar stores received some very small allocations.

  • Good price but just wondering if you think other sellers/sites will sell at similar prices once they get their allocations. From what I understand, booster boxes from online stores/card game stores are typically much cheaper.

    • Thanks Slovenlynight. Very unlikely that others will be a low as Mystical Merchants, especially since Pokemon Company have increased MRP for all products (including new release + reprints).

We generally have some of the cheapest prices for all new releases. We are currently selling Paldea Evolved Booster Boxes for $185 each ($180 each before May).

We also do free shipping (Aus-Wide) for all orders over $350.

  • I was a little confused at first because it said 30 packs per booster box. Realised it is probably just a mistake

    • Thanks Madbull. Yep that was a mistake. I've updated the post to say 36 packs per booster pack :)

  • How much money can i make getting rare cards

    • If you like collecting, its usually better to buy individual cards.

Otherwise holding sealed product is better $$ in the long term.

  • I’m a little confused on this.
    Is this just a reprint?
Does that mean there’s a potential for better pulls as there won’t be so many hits that’s were stolen?

Because holy hell the hits I got from FS were baaaaaad from the booster boxes I bought a month ago.

    • Yep this is a confirmed reprint. That's why the MRP has increased for all new Pokemon prints (including upcoming sets + reprints).

In regards with the news about stolen Fusion Strike Pulls - the pulls were stolen from the first print runs back in 2021.

Can't really comment about pulls for this reprint.

      • So what’s the difference from this pre-order and all the booster boxes that have been readily available to buy for FS?
        Gameolgy, games word etc

        • So Mystical Merchant's stock is from this year's reprint.

I can't say comment on other stores stock as I wouldn't know. :)

  • Do reprints differ at all from what I've already been collecting in the Fusion Strike line?

Any pros and cons to buying this over retail from Kmart etc apart from price?

    • Hey TazBargainer, I can't really comment until people start opening packs from this reprinted set.

The stock at Kmart, etc. at the moment is from the older print. Again, I can't comment on pull rates on new reprint vs older print. Otherwise as you mentioned only difference will be cheaper pricing ;)
