I have the 42mm smaller version the battery is about 18 hours so need to charge every night.

The email you have used to request the newsletter code must match EXACTLY the email you use to place the order. It is case sensitive too so make sure you don't unnecessarily capitalise anything.

Has anyone successfully cancelled a trade-in after receiving by their phones?
I understand you get charged the security deposit, which is the value of the trade-in device. But do you get slugged any other fees?
I believe it's the security free (trade in value) and the standard $60 late fee.

They won't take back trade in bonus. Last year I was not even charged with $60 fee for not sending it, just the trade in value. But this year, they may be charging $60, but no way the trade in bonus.
@macmine: They always had $60 late / non-return fee. They didn't impose last year at least to me when I didn't return my device. But I heard this year few got charged with $60 for not returning their trade in device.
@EssendonUser: Thanks mate. I didn’t have an issue with any late fee when I bought an S21 in the same way. Informed them well in advance of the 14 days required to cancel the trade-in.
But this year they are implying in the email replies that Samsung MAY be charging the bonus trade-in value.
Gotta say everything seems rather convoluted. At least when buying from Amazon on a good sale, what you pay, is what you get, with no possible charge-backs or fees.
@macmine: Just trade in accessories, like me, I traded in my 2 year old Samsung Bud Pro for a $1 and it still got accepted. Peace of mind about this uncertainty of the charge back/ late fees.
Got mine for about $1150 all up excluding trade in value. That and also got the free galaxy watch 4. Phone came in 2 days after ordering.
