For me, they gave 10% discount vouchers with trade in which was stackable, but 15% without trade in. But can be checked again as I got these vouchers almost a month back and were valid till 24th May

$1.8k is expensive. Even with trade in of my device, it would fall probably to $1.6k. A few weeks ago, you could get this spec at $1.3k or under.

I called them up. They said you can return the entire order (as in return all mobiles that form part of the order) but you can't do partial returns. Was this true in your case

It was painful as you have to email them, then they asked for photos to confirm the items weren't opened, then returned via post (free), waited 27 days for return.
Their terms are 30 days from receiving items so I was aware of that and no complaints , just to advise

I ordered s23 ultra on the 19/3/23,0and choose to pickup from Samsung shop. Until now, i am still waiting for it. STARTRACK replied me as Samsung didn't enter correct address and the phone had been returned to samsung on 20/4. But on the 27/4, my online order dtatus had been marked as pickup up. I visited the Samsung shop twice and called, emailed online support multiple time. Samsung shop confirmed that they never received the phone and can't be marked as pickup. By now, i am still waiting for Samsung customer support to reply me. Good luck for those people qho got it within an month.
