At this size, you probably need 8k

      And Oled

      • +1

I think the 88 inch 8K OLEDs start at $60K LOL

        • Wow. My wife says finally I can give her a big one.

    • +9

At this price, you should risk your money on a decent brand.

Studies have shown that those with fewer inches can still watch the same content.

    • +2

Really? Cause she keeps calling it, throwing a hotdog down a alley way!

  • +1

    60Hz frame rate ouch

    • +6

Kogan brand and Kogan warranty… Ouch

      • +3

Yeah my sister had a kogan delivered, screen smashed and it took months of back and forth to get them to replace it.

        It's a no from me.

        • +3

          kogan, ouch straight away

    • +1

If you don't game and just watch TV/Movies, 60hz is perfectly fine. I'm not sure this TV is any good, pretty wary of Kogan TV's, but still, not everything has to be 120hz plus for every purpose.

And why would you pay that much for Kogan branded TV

    • some bogan do because they are the same Gan

  • they nearly at 100 inch tvs ..what a waste of resources but yer soon projectors will be less interesting.

  • at this price, i rather get a projector with alr screen

    • +5

Even the shittest TV brand will outperform a projector lol. Plus the alr screen would be more fragile than even a kogan TV.

      • i been using a laser projector for the past 3 months, yes the colours is not as good but my eyes feels so much better. been using it avg 4 hours every night.

      • The shittest TV brand might be just as good as the shittest projectors, but I can guarantee you any mid range projector will have a far better image quality than the kogan tv, as well as better processing power, and much better frame rate.

Model naming convention leaning on current Sony.

    Classic Kogan.

  • That will chew a lot of killerwasps. Wrong tech for the size..

  • very well done kogan, good effort, keep bringing more budget large size tvs to us and disrupt this snob of a market.
when it comes to tv, the biggest and most noticeable improvement comes not from 4k, not oled, not bloody hdr, but the size, the size is all that matters.
    nay sayers GFY

  • Kogan consistently win Choice Shonky awards for bad customer service and terrible returns procedures. Buyer beware!

      • For the pedants, I will restate: Kogan consistently get mentions from Choice for product quality, bad customer service and terrible returns procedures, and have even won a Choice Shonky Award.

omg, who is going to spend $3,600 on a Kogan TV? lol

  • if youre spending that much on a tv, you are better off spending it on a higher end brand even if its a smaller panel. I have bought more than one kogan TV in the past, more out of necessity and inability to afford higher end ones at the time. The software always runs slow, and often takes forever to respond. There have been more than one occasion where I've had to restart the TV from the wall to get it to work. the hardware they put in the smart TVs is too old to properly run up to par. visual quality is about average as well.
