    Ideally, track all transactions, and pay out up to the allowed cap. In reality, only the first transaction tracks, because declined cashback looks kinda unsettling in your shopping history — even if it’s just a fair application of the rules

I just submitted a Missing Cashback ticket to TopCashback
As per OP instructions, I (i) used a Pizza Hut account, (ii) made a pickup order and (iii) used PayPal as my payment method.

TopCashback registered a click to merchant, but no cashback yet. I'm confident TopCashback will resolve the situation (they have in the past for me).

This was posted 11 months 16 days ago, and might be an out-dated deal.
