        Same. Mine is almost 3 years old now. Only had to replace the brush head as I lost a small part cleaning it and the battery could probably do with a replacement.

      People vac more than once a week in a house bigger than 120sqm - this vac is not designed for that - highly rec a corded vac.

      You can actually get 3%. Use celebration swap which gives eBay as an option for swapped card.

      Only issue is the card you get after swapping doesn't have the code in the right section and has it as the supposed PIN number.

    Been using it for almost 2+ years now. You need to have 2 batteries to cover a 3+ bedroom home. The suction at setting 1 is abismal and only works well on tiled/wooden flooring. Setting 2 and 3 are absolute must for generic carpets. Don't think the suction would enough for carpets with longer threats.

    The spare filters and batteries aren't cheap even when ordering through Ali Express however they are cheap in comparison to Dyson. I have lost 2 small sponge filters which go inside the larger plastic filter. They just pop out when emptying the dust compartment and easy to lose if you don't notice it popping out with the dust. The dust compartment empty feature is just marketing. You still have to take out the filters to properly empty it.

      Easy.

      If mainly for hard floors: Soft roller head.

      If for carpets: Normal roller brush.

      Multi cyclonic filtration system is a must, ie: multiple mini cyclones. Or be prepared to get the cloth/pad/sponge filters clogged every 2-3 cleaning cycles and have to clean it regularly.

    Aldi has these on sale once a year. If you are not in a hurry, it is a better deal because of the 1-year warranty. The unit died after 8 months. Took it to Aldi and got a full refund. A few months went by and got another one from Aldi again.

    Does this handle long hair well?
    I know my dreame t20 does a good job of it. All other old vacuums used to have hair easily stick in and roll into the brush head making a tangled mess that needed repeated dismantling.

      I bought one of this A9 as my T20 had a broken latch and it will cost $50 for replacement part and $25 for new dust bin.

      I must say im quite disappointed with the Viomi's piss poor performance picking up stuff from the carpet. Even on highest setting

      Ended up wrapping tape on the the Dreame T20 to secure the dust bin. Now it works much much better than this Viomi A9 crap! I want to return it but on what grounds?
