WELCOME10

my 2+ year old Dreame D9 vacuum stopped mopping and battery was slightly degraded, so was looking for a alternative and found this. was playing with random codes and found WELCOME10 works. hoping to sell the old D9 and compensate the price of the new one.

this might not be as great as Roborock but for the price i guess it will do the job. There are also other vacuum with dustbin on sale

    Great price

I’ve got the older 360 s7 and it’s been very good

great, hope this will be as good as Dreame d9.

    • I used for 3 years until the left wheel broke. Cant wait for the sparepart to come from aliexpresss i then bought s8. Still good but smaller battery. But yeah cant live without one these days

      • My left wheel broke too… I contacted 360 au and they sent replacement for about $65 iirc

  • Anyone has this brand of robot vacuum? 2nd time I've read of this brand after the last post of the one with the dustbin.

I bought it as a cheap LiDAR vacuum when it first came out at $420 iirc or maybe it was $520 <shrugs>
As per previous comments in other posts regarding the brand, there are issues if you have direct sunlight streaming into room you are running it.
I also found that replacement filters and brushes were previously hard to come by, but I have not looked since initial purchase.

I rate it. So much so I bought a second one from mydeal when there was a 18% cashrewards (max $40) stacked with $10 off $75 spend (was told it would, fingers crossed)
So if cashreward comes through hopefully it'll only have cost me $249 for multi-storey convienience.

      Annoyances:
There are slight quirks with app that I have learnt to live with.
It sometimes tries to climb over my ikea poang chairs
Prior to setting no go zones, it bumps into reflective surfaces such as my piano, so much for the sonar.

That said, I am impressed with performance.
I set it in middle of the night while everyone is sleeping.
I generally empty it nightly before bed: I find using the dyson to such the dust out of the filter to be quite effective.

What's the next cheapest LiDAR robot vacuum?

      • Yeah I’m very happy with my 360 s7.

Just bought one of these… for $269 it’s hard to beat

      • Was curious so I checked.
Confirmed purchase from ebay for $479.20 with 20% off from $599 at the time back in March 2021.

Sheesh. These did not hold their value very well.
Still, I reckon its good value for what I want out of it.
Now I have a backup should anything go wrong with the original 2yo unit. =)

    • I have S10, it's pretty good. App takes a bit of fiddling to work out what's what and it's a bit slow, but after that it's good.

  • How’s this stack against the S7?

  • Cheers, ordered one.

  • After using the 360 S7 for like 3 years.
It’s still going but the quirks/limitations are getting to me.

Main one is the object avoidance, it can’t see skinny things or small things on the ground.

    Secondly is the app.
I’ve had to reconnect it maybe once a year. The connection process is hit/miss.
It only connects to 2.4ghz wifi.

Recently it would just run the battery dead instead of returning to station to change, after having done it like 2 times already, it was on its last room or two.

But for the price I got it for ~400 it’s not bad.

I just got Roborock S8 as an upgrade, now knowing what I need in a robot.

I was considering getting another cheaper one like the 360 S10. (Currently after discount is ~500-600)
But decided to pay the premium for better specs.

    • Agree, it's better to get a roborock with extra $$$. They have high suction and vibration mop

  • Does it mop well or leave a wet patch?

    • Battery vacuum Robo Mopping is a gimmick… But better than not mopping

      • Is that where the justification is made where using a wet wipe is better than not showering at all?
