I know it’s totally different two things, but guys, this or the Dyson Gen5 vaccum?
Get both.
Robots do about 70-80% of the job.
There is places it can’t reach, cause of layout/furniture/etc.
FYI, I got the S8, for slightly less.
Same codes and store.
I’m happy to empty the bins after every run.
I run it every other day and skip weekends most weeks.
laser/cam? object avoidance, more powerful motor and new dual rubber rollers met my needs/wants.

I just bought the standard S8, but I think I would have preferred to get this, even though older model but the dock could be handy. Kind of regret not forking out extra for the dock now, and apparently S8 the will never sell the dock separately either.
How do you find the mopping function on the s8? Really keen to hear about the pad lift function.
Im pretty happy with it, but then I dont really have much else to compare to. Lift function definitely works though, as I have not noticed any of my carpets/rugs being wet after a cycle.

Just got one. Probably the best price for this one up until now.
I’ve had one since January (paid $1200) and it’s doing an excellent job mopping 120sqm of polished concrete floors - can’t speak to the vacuuming though
Anyone else place an order and it's not even dispatched yet? Starting to wonder whether I should have gone with one of the other offers - not bought from this Ebay store before and hoping they're okay?
