      with Pizzahut generally you can use all pizza hut codes and get cashback given you pay with CC or paypal and go through cashback provider

        Why would staff care how much money the owner makes on the pizza they are all paid the same. On the otherhand if they know you have complained about them specifically they might do something out of vengence.

              @And3: Pre order is ordering in advance. Because you clicked through Pizza Hut on ShopBack before 4pm, the cashback rate is only 4.2%. The 100% cashback rate only kicks in from 4pm and requires you to only purchase from 4pm

    In March, I made 3 Pizza hut purchases via Shopback using a similar offer 100% cashback, $10 cap. but the offer was per purchase. All of the 3 purchases were pending for nearly 2 months. This morning all of them were rejected. I've made many purchases through Shopback, so I am very familiar with their rules. Did all as usual and got rejected.

      Would definitely talk with the rep/support team. Unless it was user error like you didn't click through Shopback for every new purchase, just show them the order proof and they should fix it up.

      Weird that yours didn't get an update until now though, mine was approved over a month ago.

        All of the purchases are shown in my click activity. There was a message for 1,5 months that it's pending and they need the merchant's confirmation. I emailed Shopback a few times earlier this month and they advised me to wait longer as they were waiting for a response from Pizza Hut. I provided a copy of all of the receipts to Shopback in early April.

          Yeah they were waiting for an outcome. Now there is one and you have an actual case (not just pending), have you tried contacting them?

          Pizza Hut takes time to verify purchases, 1.5 months isn't a crazy amount of time.

        Don't bother contacting PH when your order doesn't go through yet you're still charged. On hold for an hour, only for the rep to insist 'it's impossible' for me to be charged for an order that doesn't exist. Filed a PayPal claim and got it in a few days.

              btw, one oddity with Pizza Hut is they charge a surcharge for all chicken pizzas, except the chicken supreme, which they put adquate amounts of chicken on anyway.

                Go to the pizza hut part.
                Select pick up and select your local.

                Click on the “cart” bottom of screen.
                Top right hand click pick up date/time. Select next Tuesday.

                Then go back to the “offers” page. You should see 2 for 1

          Pre-paid Mastercards are fine as they are treated like any debit card in the payment system, only gift cards/vouchers for Pizza Hut, as well as payment via ZipPay wil cause issue.

            @ozblovers: My guess is tracking is probably going to be throttled a bit by a lot of orders coming in at once, so don't stress if it takes a little bit. They have a max window of 2 days, but often comes in quicker than that, but yeah might be a little longer than typical just due to the sheer volume.
