        It wasn't only the super swap and gaming swap, it was all of your shopback swap cards
        I was after $50 shopback home swap because it's 2.5% cashback, and it can be swap to Bunnings and Kmart.
        but now I had to get $50 bunnings instead and it was only 1% cashback + no Kmart avaliable.
        It is very disappointing when you have a gift card promotion then suddenly in the middle of it you decide to take down all the higher cashback rates gift cards.

          Hey mate, apologies I was only aware of the Super Swap and Gaming Swap. The issue is affecting a lot of our Prezzee cards, so that's likely the cause for the remaining cards being offlined also. I do apologise for the frustration mate, but the technical issues would have meant users were purchasing cards that weren't being delivered, taking them down temporarily was the best option. Definitely not what we want to do, so not a decision we'd make if it wasn't the best option.
