Is it worth reporting this listing in Amazon? Definitely against the law here, it's known as "passing off" if I remember correctly. Downvoted this for the deceptive listing pratices and dodgy product. A couple of the reviews state it doesn't even fast charge.

Neither are great. You're buying a product made to deceive users and extract maximum money.
When you look at tear downs of other fake units, you see corners cut and dangerous practices. You have no idea what is inside these units.
Fake news - bought one last week.
Says super fast charging in the ad and description. Only does normal 'fast' charging.
Don't waste your money or time.

Although tbh I have it turned off in settings to preserve my S23's battery longer term most of the time
Tested on 3 samsung phone - all with super fast charging turned on.
None worked.
Cables provided were loose fitting and would cut power on/off.
Tried different usb C cables and still same result.
Again - can't stress enough to avoid this brand of charger
Fully charged at the same time using the 65w GaN changer on my S23 Ultra and this 25w changer. It takes 23 minutes to fully charge with the battery level at 73%. I bought some from this deal.
