Not sure how it is in other states. But was quite a hassle for me to get a gym bench from these guys recently. I had to chase them up a lot and threaten to do a charge back before they finally sorted my order.
Saying that, the bench I did get is great so far.

I was going to have a look at their website, but was blocked from doing so by my Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension - "Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity. Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity".
Could have chosen to push past the warning, however I do a lot of web browsing and have never, to my recollection, seen Malwarebytes previously block access to a webpage as emphatically as it did in this instance.
So … personally, I'm staying well away.

    • Probably a false positive detection.

Those AV browser extensions are of questionable value and I've seen them warn about/block completely legitimate sites before.

      • i sure hope so , i do have a bad habit of randomly clicking suss links on ozbargain :c

          • @ustc: Recommendations for actions required?

          • @ustc: 3 out of 89 vendors flag it as malicious and Kaspersky is detecting it via heuristics.

            Not exactly a clear-cut case.

I'm not saying the site couldn't be malicious but you see these kind of borderline false positives from 1 or 2 vendors on plenty of legitimate, well-secured websites as well.

            • @Gnostikos: Maybe not really the place to discuss but what recommendations do you have for a more secure web browsing experience apart from randomly clicking obviously suss urls? Admittedly I’ve been mega lax with this aspect and just been depending on windows defender for ages.

@Jimothy Wongingtons: From a bare minimum point of view:

                • Brave Browser (Epic and Comodo are also good alternatives but less mainstream and less customisable)
                • Brave Search as default search engine (Google only when needed)
                • Essential browser extensions: uBlock Origin, AdBlock, AdBlock for Youtube, NoScript (Ghostery and ScriptSafe also well-regarded but largely the same as uBlock and NoScript)
                • VPN subscription (do your research but NordVPN should be fine for most)
                • Good cyber hygiene (probably the most important and overlooked aspect, e.g. strong 20+ character passphrases for sensitive accounts, no password reuse, check your important accounts on haveibeenpwned.com and secure accordingly, avoid any vendors/service providers with a history of lax security and data breaches such as Optus/Last Pass/Yahoo/Adobe/LinkedIn/Facebook, use burner accounts with fake identities for any one-off transactions or unimportant websites, use a secure password manager like BitWarden or NordPass.
                • Block Windows 10/11 telemetry/data harvesting as much as possible with O&O ShutUp10++ and DoNotSpy11.

As for AV software, whatever nags the least, is the most resource frugal and has the lowest false positive rate (I prefer ESET NOD32 for that reason).
They're almost all as near as makes no difference the same in terms of actual threat detection rates.

I would spend a little more and get something sturdy and well supported like span fitness SS2 or SS3.
It’s not exactly the kind of thing you want to have any issues with

I'm aint exactly strong, but 73kg weight plates isn't much

    Careful with this.
    Check the sizing very carefully.
The photos are very deceptive as I purchased similar equipment and the person in the photo was shrunk down to only be 1.2m tall or so.
