    Thanks OP! I visited Coles in person and the label was $37.50 (despite the app saying $75). Shelf was empty but they had an extra in the back when I asked.

    Just tried in stock but ticket was $75. Rejected saying "online offer". Duty manager should really get to know his price display competition and consumer law, where he can stop selling all of them until the price is cleared up or sell at the lowest advertised price.

    I'm in NSW and they were listed as $75 at my local coles, but as $37.50 C&C at another coles 20 km away . I ordered a couple as I was going to buy some new brushes soon anyway. Hopefully they don't cancel.

      Update: they had none in stock and refused to do a rain check. Wish they had let me know ahead of time to save me the drive. I've ordered a couple delivered but I'm guessing it will probably be cancelled.

    Their flypay deducted my points when I ordered. Then when I modified my order, the points were still unavailable. I have to use the remaining points. Now they have deducted all my points.

          Yeah they haven't quite figured out inventory yet huh. I absolutely understand this getting brigaded and sold out in ten mins but they literally cancelled at the last minute. I had already gone to the shops before I found out.

          Didn't need to go. Just wanted the deal. Coles can suck one.

      Terrible process. Couldn't even get a parking spot in their designated bays, took me 10 minutes of circling the car park to find a spot and there's no option to say you will pick up in store. So I tapped 'i've arrived', went in to alert front desk that trolleys are blocking the only available space, then go back out and meet him at the entrance and carry the items in my hands back to the car. Totally inconvenient.

    I think one of the staff changed it half price to $75, then another staff didnt notice and half the price of that, so it ended up being $37.5

      Nice score. Yes, at my local Coles you can often find products (particularly obscure stuff in the international section) which scans incorrectly/have old price tags on the shelf. I got some lovely pistachio halva the other week for free because of this.

    Anyone in south-west Sydney had any luck. I did an online C&C at 2 stores and both cancelled, Green Valley & Casula.
    I saw some saying out of stock, I raced to one as I was sick of hanging on the phone, online said they had them, but there were none.

    I really hate their system, they still show stock when there isn't any.
    I understand people can pick things up shortly after you confirm your order, the online order still showed stock in the store I was in and there was nothing.

    On another thing, the empty shelves I saw had $75 on special, I was curious is the price policy of free if it scans higher than the ticketed price, or does it cover items when it is advertised cheaper online, and they haven't modified the ticket and the scanned price?

      Woolworths is so much better. I hate shopping at coles.

      Went to pick the order at 4 pm and the lady said order cancelled. I received the email at 4:10 that order is cancelled.

      Bought some other stuff and there were 40 people in queue with only one counter open and 6 self checkouts. One guy was shouting at the manager asking to open another counter. Waited for 10 mins and walked out the store.

      Never happened at Woolworths.
