Was looking around for a replacement toothbrush for the one I left while on holidays. This one seems to be listed lower than it’s labeled half price ticket. Also lower than past deals on the same item.

    • Lol I ordered from Hornsby on the night this deal was posted. No dice. Afaik none of these stores have stock: Asquith, Turramurra, Macquarie Centre, Lachlan's Square, Gladesville.

Did U complain to CS why they show stock on their site? May be they will give some compensation?

        • +1

Nah and the website doesn't update stock levels. Coles has such a rudimentary inventory system compared to Woolies, it creates an unnecessary workload for store and call centre staff. I just reckon there's just eager OzBargainers in my area.

      • Should have checked here before placing the second order at Gladesville

There's two left at Coles Manuka managed to get one after Coles Civic cancelled my order. Hope this helps :)

  • +2

I tried several stores and all were cancelled except 1 store, I ordered 2 and they had 1 left.
I then went into a store this morning, I saw 1 on the shelf (price on ticket $75) and went through the checkout.

It scanned at $75, store manager said it was only an online price for delivery and click and collect.
They said I could do the online order, and they would hold it for me, I tried the online and the store said "out of stock"
She mentioned that a store nearby had 6, I said I was there and there were none, she is now checking with that store.
    What a bloody saga!!

The other problem is that I used a spend $50 in store or online offer for points back over 4 weeks, that is no longer valid as the store only had 1 I could purchase.
I really hate the Coles online system.

Picked up mine and discovered a coles in rich suburb thats practically empty and full of iten specials with long expiry

    • Which suburb?

      • -8

Not gonna mention as this will be my new shopping place.

They had coffee caps 50c expiring in Nov 2024, Protein brownie mix reduced to $2 from $20 exp 2024 plus other specials.

The rich residents dont seem interested in specials.

@easternculture: if everyone on ozb thinks/acted like you then we wouldnt have this great community. You didnt even upvote this deal which you took advantage of.

we wouldnt have this great community

Are you serious. There is negativity from a number of members here that im reluctant to share specific deals so they cant benefit from them.

      • Coles Edgecliff or Birkenhead. Problem solved, continue to neg appropriately

  • Tooth brush works with my 10 year old charger thats made in germany.

Might sell the charger that came with it on fb marketplace

    • These have a Li-on battery, right?
Safe to charge Li-on with 10 yr old nicad charger?

      • Its under the 2 year warranty. So all good lol

      • Hasnt exploded yet

      • I didn't think about this but I'm doing it as well. Anyone know?

  • Does anyone know any store in Sydney that has this?

  • Today I saw 2 left on the shelf at Chipping Norton NSW with a ticket at $37.50 but they scannned in at $75 each. Took a picture of the ticket and the lady at the self service and store manager refused to honour the ticketed price! Told me to place an order through click & collect! Someone go try their luck at this Coles.

    • +1

That's not right. If $37.50 tickets were up and it scanned at $75, you should have received the first one free and the second one at $37.50. Manager can't just refuse to honour ticketed price. Complaint to Coles and ACCC might be in order.

      • I am not sure if that is the right ticket. I saw the ticket in Hurstville and it's $75.

Online is $37.5 which is a online exclusive (with no stock).

        • Correct.
The rich suburb i picked mine up from had a $75 ticket

Mine was swapped to an Oral B io3, probably a better brush but the replacement heads are $70 for 4! Will probably return or try swap when local Coles has this model back in stock…

    • which Coles was it?

  • +1

Yup order was cancelled. I selected no swaps kinda wish I didn't now.

  • Well, I,didn't get the toothbrush as it was cancelled but got a bag of dishwashing tablets for free. I asked them to cancel all the orders purchased together if I am not getting toothbrush, they cancelled it but also delivered the tablets.

    • I reckon they may charge you for the tablets.
Something similar happened to me before.

      • Well, lets see

  • I Click & Collected 2 today from Lakehaven Coles.
After being knocked back from 2 other local Coles stores.

  • cancelled

  • Coles does not pick an order in the store until the day & time you have chosen for collection. If the store has stock when you place an order you will receive a message saying Order confirmed. However, if the store has sold all in-store stock before your collection date, your order will be cancelled! Unfortunately, I learned of Coles' policy regarding this the hard way.

    • Mine was confirmed and it wasn't cancelled, until I was there and they said it was out of stock :(

      • Coles' practice is only discouraging its customers from on-line ordering.

  • I ordered two, got one. Fancy toothbrush! But it seems it’s over now. Tried to get another one but showing $150

  • Mine is not charging properly using old and new charger

    • Maybe you fuqd it up with the old charger?

      • Its the same one. (Same model number)
Except the old one is made in germany, new one china
