  • was showing 37.50 but unavailable, tried again and it is now $75 (southlands WA)

  • +2

37.50 for me but need to spend 50 to click and collet… :(

Is this a reallly $150 brush? New tech battery? The old models charge sooo slow

    • +1

Yeah same, loaded up on Shapes!

    • +4

Definitely not a $150 brush. I have the genius 9000 from their range before the IO toothbrushes. Came with all the bells and whistles imaginable,I think 6 modes and even customisable led colours. I grabbed it on Amazon last year for $130. Special edition, with a travel charging case and 4 heads included.

This toothbrush reminds me of one of the lower end models I saw when I purchased my genius 9000. With that being said, the smart 1 has a pressure sensor and a couple of modes - in terms of functionality, this is all you really need.

  • +1

Changed address to NSW, saw the price update correctly. OOS now.

  • +3

    Logged in, Qld, $75

    • $75 for me too in QLD

  • +2

Should support home assistant integration natively as well if it's like my 8000 series

    • +2

What does HA do with a toothbrush?!

      • +4

Well I get mine to remind me via my Google Nest Hub to charge the battery if it drops below 20%. Suppose I could get it to trigger the 'Help me brush my teeth song's 🤣

      • +5

Hey google remind my mrs to brush my teeth

    • Whoch one better this or 8000 series? Weird now they change the model numbering

      • The 8000 series was top of the range when I bought it years ago. Made in Germany. Fastest oscillation motor though I think the same spec motor was available on the 5000 series upwards.

    • The HASS integration doesn't appear to support these, I have all of the requirements but couldn't make it work.

  • Worked for me

    $75 in QLD

  • +1

    Placed order for 2.
Does anyone know if Coles secures the stock for online purchases, or will they just check before click and collect time tomorrow and go "oops no stock"?

    • The latter from my experience and that's why I don't online shop from supermarkets, they just charge you on whatever is available when they do the shopping, and refund the rest. There is no first come first go policy like most online stores.

    • Your item has been substituted with a “Coles essentials 30 bristles human powered tooth brush”.

    • Surprised to get SMS from Coles saying my order was ready for pickup. Went and picked up my order.
      Cheers OP.

    • Got an oops, only 1 available today on pickup in coles curtin. Boo

  • Does Coles price match their online store? Possible to set location to NSW and go to a physical store in QLD and ask if they will match?

  • Thanks, ordered one.

    • +1

You can just order one? Minimum $50 for me

  • It is 37.50 but out of stock

  • Bought two. Thanks OP!

  • Showing $75, VIC even with log in!

  • $37.50 for me at Wetherill park, NSW

  • It's showing currently unavailable

  • Hmm tracks brushing in an app… but can you control it with google home?

  • i think its a glich, i saw 37.50 but then i reaload page and it say 75. i think it did halfprice twice and its a glich in the system. not sure tho. i saw 37.50 until i refreshed page and lost it :((

  • +1

Can the bluetooth be turned off?

    • I don't think so but you don't need to use it to use the toothbrush

  • worked for me, initially it still shows $75 even after I logged in, but becomes $37.50 once I added it to cart.

    thx OP :)

  • +1

    Ordered for pickup
    Thanks OP

    • -1

      Where are you located?

    • I did the same only I'm only few k's from a NSW border town.

  • Worked for me. Spend over $50 for click and collect to get it. Changed to a nearby store as first store didn’t work.

    • How?! I logged in, changed locations, added goods worth $50 and it's still at $75. It only changes to $37 if I change to any location in NSW. :/

  • Nah I tried… It doesn't want to come down to $37

Edit: I changed the pickup to Sydney and it came down to $37… I'm in VIC so looks like a non vic deal

  • Showing $75 for me.

  • +1

    NSW & ACT DEAL.
As $75 is half $150 RRP, could be a price error.

  • $37.50 is the NSW price (when pickup location set to Syndey 2000 & surrounding stores it changes to this). Everyone else pays $75.

  • -3

Shoes as $37.5 for me, but with the $50 minimum order required for even click and collect, this is no deal for me.

    • +1

      Add some groceries

  • Yea not available in VIC :(

  • Bought a pair in NSW. Good post

  • Got a pair
    Thanks

  • $75 for two thanks, was looking for one

  • Just tried Gladesville NSW and it's showing $37.50 click and collect.

Edit: in fact every store I change for click and collect is available including world square.

  • ty op

  • OOS?

  • Odd price of $43.12 up in far northern WA, but $75 doesn't in Perth, go figure.

  • Will they really have enough stock in stores. I don't think i've ever seen these in Coles?? And the store I ordered from is only small..

Will be very disappointed if i get refunded..

  • +2

Works for me in the ACT with Coles Canberra Civic!

  • +2

Don't think price error. Coles here in northern NSW had a physical ticket for that price.
    https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/173730/103952/img_2023…

    • Hmm meaning a crap brush then if 37$

    • -1

Thanks for sharing that! Fake special, I was about to buy two! Holding off now!

      • +1

Lithium battery and Bluetooth? Definitely a good price.

        • But looks like it's the usual price?

    • +1

100% it’s a price error. Price errors can flow through to both physical tickets and online stores. All driven from the same price file. So if error is made in price file, it can impact multiple places. The only strange bit here is the Cole’s online price (without login) is still showing $75 which is the correct 50% off price.

  • +1

    Any luck in SA?

  • is it lithium or nimh?

  • didn't need one but bought one anyway

  • I don't even need one of these and I'm seriously considering it - my $250 oral b smart brush from 2017 is still kicking it hard

  • Thank you very much! Thanks to you, I bought a good item cheaply!

  • NSW get's shafted by GST tax distribution so only fair we get these deals
