    Is it much of an upgrade from my current Dell Latitude 3420 with i5 11th gen 1135g7?

    990g is even lighter than the Surface laptop

    Can anyone who has this product report on battery life, please? I'm tempted to buy and wondering if poor reviews do it justice. 13th gen versions appear to have reasonable battery life according to online searches. Can it be that much different/worse between 12th and 13th gen?!
