Why would you want 5 years straight ?25% is not that much, sometimes they do 33%, they have this promo every year (twice a year maybe) anyway. Just get couple of years will be fine. Unless you have info that they are going to increase the price soon.

Sure I could wait for a 33% deal that happened once in 10 years, but by the time (if?) it comes around again the capped price upgrade may no longer be possible.

Damn. I seemed to have stuffed up. I bought the Gaming & Bites GC instead of the Swap Entertainment. Although it says I can use it at EB Games it won’t work.

Edit: I was able to exchanged the Gaming & Bites GC for an EB Games GC which can be used online. Turns on the G&B GC can be used at EB Games but in store only. So confusing!

If you go instore and have added the ultimate gift card to Apple Pay you just tap, its functioning as a merchant restricted credit card. Staff dont care
For Officeworks, it is against their store policy to use any gift cards to purchase gift cards. I do not know whether Officeworks has implemented automatic blocks (much like what Coles and Kmart do), but a lot of staff these days will ask you to show them the payment method you want to use before they will let you pay. Additionally, if you try to purchase an Apple gift card online, there is a very high chance Officeworks will refuse to process payment from an Ultimate gift card. I would personally avoid Officeworks, because it is too much hassle.
For JB Hi-Fi, there should be nothing in the instore checkout to stop you from using Ultimate gift cards to pay for Apple gift cards, and I find most staff really do not care about customers using Ultimate gift cards as a payment method for Apple gift cards. You may run into a staff member who thinks otherwise, but you would be a very unlucky person!

I think you would be better off using shopback to convert to amazon gift card from the coles MC offer to get a further 2% cashaback instead of Prezee :)

I bought the amazon Ultimate everyone and tried to use it at TGG but it's throwing this error message " Sorry, we are unable to process your gift card at the moment. Please try again later or visit your nearest store to complete your transaction"

Ultimate gift cards are prepaid Visa gift cards, so you need to enter the Ultimate gift card’s details into the credit/debit card section of the TGG online checkout.
Thanks, I've been caught out of that one before, with small denomination Ultimate's for TGG. Ended up having to go instore to use them together. Not sure what happened earlier but it all went through now.

That would be an issue because you can't really split payment online with Ultimate GC as they are technically credit card payment.
You can add an Ultimate eGift Card to a supported mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet), and then pay instore from your mobile wallet.
Ultimate eGift Cards are still prepaid Visa gift cards, just like physical Ultimate gift cards.

That is for Amazon GC. You can't get Amazon GC using Amazon GC. You can get non Amazon GC (Ultimate GC for example) with Amazon GC.

You can redeem an Ultimate eGift Card instore at The Good Guys (actually, you can redeem as many as you want… or as many as the staff member will let you redeem), but you must add the Ultimate eGift Card as a payment card to a supported mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet) and pay using the mobile wallet when instore.

Prezzee does not accept Coles MasterCard Digital and hard copy one….

Try via PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account, link your Coles Mastercard Digital gift card to it and then use PayPal at the Prezzee checkout, making sure you choose the Coles Mastercard Digital gift card as the payment source.

You can only directly redeem 1x Ultimate gift card in one JB Hi-Fi online transaction, because JB Hi-Fi handles its redemption just like a regular Visa card, and JB Hi-Fi’s website cannot handle split payments across multiple Visa cards. However, JB Hi-Fi’s website can handle the redemption of an unlimited number of JB Hi-Fi gift cards in conjunction with 1x Ultimate gift card in one JB Hi-Fi online transaction.
If you want to redeem more than 1x Ultimate gift card in one JB Hi-Fi online transaction, there are two potential workarounds.
Workaround 1
One workaround is to use an Ultimate gift card to purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card directly from JB Hi-Fi. There is no limit to the number of JB Hi-Fi gift cards that can be redeemed in one online transaction. There are three ways to attempt this:
Purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card on the JB Hi-Fi website and entering the Ultimate gift card’s details (16-digit card number, expiry date, CVV2) into the credit/debit card section of the online checkout.
Add the Ultimate gift card to Apple Pay, then access the JB Hi-Fi website on an Apple device to purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card and use Apple Pay at the online checkout.
Go to a physical JB Hi-Fi store and purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card using the Ultimate gift card as a payment method.
There are two main issues this approach:
JB Hi-Fi may cancel online orders for JB Hi-Fi gift cards paid using an Ultimate gift card, due to Riskified - a third-party tool used on JB Hi-Fi’s online store to determine whether a transaction is likely to be fraudulent - flagging such a purchase as being potentially fraudulent.
JB Hi-Fi staff at a physical JB Hi-Fi store may stop you from purchasing a JB Hi-Fi gift card using an Ultimate gift card if they realise that an Ultimate gift card is being used as a payment method.
Workaround 2
Another workaround is to separately purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card from elsewhere (e.g. Shopback, Prezzee, Reward Gateway) to cover the cost of the difference between the order amount and the Ultimate gift card’s available balance, then redeem the JB Hi-Fi gift card and the Ultimate gift card together.
Is there any "Baby Buntings" on the offer? It's been a while getting discounted gift cards from them.

Out of all the gift cards I can think of, I think Baby Bunting only appears on the TCN Baby and TCN Choice gift cards, and I cannot think of any current deals for those gift cards.
Your best bet at this stage is discounted prepaid Visa/Mastercard/EFTPOS gift cards.
The best for Baby Bunting is check cashrewards or shopback. Otherwise, Qantas usually give you 2 point per $1 spend. Sometimes it's been higher

Just got screwed over with these. The Good Guys does not accept these online or in store. They have no way of processing them in their system. Avoid these like the plague if you want them for The Good Guys. Use at your own risk
When did you try to redeem your Ultimate gift card at The Good Guys?
Unless something catastrophic has gone wrong with Ultimate gift cards and TGG today, you should still be able to redeem Ultimate Baby & Mum, Ultimate Everyone and Ultimate Home gift cards at TGG. I can still see them on the Ultimate gift card website too as accepting those Ultimate gift cards instore or online.

I ordered the first two egift caeds last night. They were stuck in processing status today at lunch so I contacted Amazon and they said there was an issue with the payment for the transaction. I then got them to cancel the order and I placed another order right away. Within 15 minutes I had two egift cards sent to me. I tried to use these online first as they're limited to two egift cards online only. Tried to enter credit card details first and when it went to process it won't. I then thought I could try the gift card option but the card number and expiry doesn't go in. I then rang my local store and asked if they could process this egift cards over the counter and they said yes. So then I ordered two more gift cards thinking I'll just pay it all with gift cards. Once I got into the store after 15 minutes of trying every way to process it they told me the issue is we don't accept this generic ultimate gift card. So now Amazon is refunding me my initial two egift cards which had already been activated and cancelled the last two egift cards I tried to purchase that I didn't get processed from Amazon either. I purchased two of the everyone first then two of him for other two. My head now hurts 😶

The TGG online store will only let you redeem up to a maximum of two TGG gift cards per online transaction.
The TGG online store can let you redeem one Ultimate gift card per online transaction, because Ultimate gift cards are processed by TGG as Visa cards, not TGG gift cards. There is no way on the TGG website for you to do split payments across multiple Visa cards.

Two questions.
Did you add all four all Ultimate eGift Cards as payment cards to your mobile wallet of choice (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet) before you attempted payment instore? The only way you can redeem an Ultimate eGift Card instore at a participating retailer is if you redeem them via a mobile wallet.
When you were at the counter, did you tell the staff that you wanted to split payments across four Visa cards and tell the staff members the correct amount on each Ultimate eGift Card each time before you tapped your mobile wallet against the EFTPOS terminal?
@WookieMonster: I didn't have a mobile wallet setup beforehand. The gentlemen at the counter even tried to set one up for me but it didn't work. Sounds like I needed you to be a Good Guys employee 😁

At least you know next time that Ultimate gift cards are not really gift cards in the same way that JB Hi-Fi gift cards or TGG gift cards (if that makes sense). Think of Ultimate gift cards (and TCN gift cards) as Visa/Mastercard/eftpos cards that can only be used at specific retailers, then you will start to see why they can be sometimes quite difficult to use… not that you need a reminder about how difficult they are to use!
I had the same happen to me at Amart today. Download the wallet app on the gift card redemption site and it didn't work. The wallet app closed everytime I change the screen. The girl at Amart was able to email me a link so I could pay by credit card. Just a tip with the expiry date. Just put in the month and year and it worked. I just put my name in that field.
Did you try manually adding the payment card onto your mobile wallet of choice by entering in the cardholder name, card number, CVV and expiry date?
