Had 2 pairs of these the last month. First pair I received, the right piece was faulty. All I could hear was static sound. Returned it and waited for a week to receive the replacement. The second pair wasn’t faulty but when I started using it for its purpose (to use it on the train and commute), the quiet mode was like punching my ear drums when I’m walking with leather shoes. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but I could hear my footsteps like thunder. Returned it again and bought the $150 pixel buds pro. I’m very happy with it even though the noise cancellation is not the best but sound is better then the bose. I’m a bose fan but this qc earbuds 2 was a legit disappointment 😂

    • Have had mine for a year now, no problems. Maybe I just got lucky

Had mine for about 8 months, no problems either. Work colleague got one two months ago, everything's working great. Friend got one last month and he's very happy with his.

      • A year? The II's were released end of september 2023.

        • You are right! I just checked - bought around Christmas time. Covid playing with my sense of time

        • Oops i meant sept 2022 :))

We probably need to sleep haha

    • Valid points but no offence, if you think the sound quality is of Google Pixel Buds Pro is better than Bose QCII, you need to get your ears checked.

Great price! I just paid $345 from Bose 🤦🏻‍♂️ My only consolation is their 90 day trial period…

I got these recently as a replacement for returning the previous version which died after a few months. These ones are nicer, but there is a constant static sound unless something is actually playing through them, and they will randomly reboot a couple times a day. The last return process took about a month so I'm not sure it's worth making a fuss over unless it gets worse. I don't think these are worth the relatively high price point. I still use my old Sony earbuds, and apart from the slight lag of them turning on they are still my preferred set. The noice cancellation in particular is far superior, and there are no strange sound effects. Random noises seem to pierce through the NC on Bose.

  • Nice one OP, stack with GCs and this might be close to an all-time low.

Best wireless earbuds money can buy, have tried plenty of others and this is just outclasses the rest.
