Their advertising is always deceiving. They show license products like Star Wars etc promoting buy 1 get one 1 but they are never included.
After a single wash you don't feel the comfort you had..

Double the price so you can say they are buy one get one free. Makes sense. I bought from these chumps a while back, they sent the wrong items and refused to fix it. So I wouldn't give them a dime, buyer beware.
Worst customer service. Ordered over a month ago for my nieces bday gift. Was sent yesterday by regular mail despite asking for express due to the massively delayed delivery time
I had a similar issue previously. Bought from them… Waited an eternity with no item and no correspondence. I contacted their "customer service" and they admitted to being oos. Told me to pick another design (my request to wait for more stock was denied) and I requested express post. Nil response, nil express post. And by the time I got the alternate design the design I originally picked was miraculously back in stock.
These are terrible, the fabric doesn't breathe at all.
