    • Capsule > Tablet

      Better deal

      • Wagner is a better deal indeed (around x4 less than the subject).
As for the capsules vs tablets. Have there been studies indicating that tablets are x2 less effective? Because mine are half the price.

I picked this up for 12.58 yesterday, you click the 10% off coupon and then you click subscribe and save and it takes 20% off the price at checkout. Just make sure to cancel the subnsave afterwards.

  • You want 10,000 IU ones. Optimal daily dose Adults ~70kg - 5000 IU.

    • Good luck getting Vit D with higher than 1,000 IU from local Australian vitamin shop or pharmacy
3000 IU, 5000 IU, or 10,000 IU can only get it from US shop like iHerb or similar. Sometime costco might have it

    • If you don't have enough vitamin K intake to compensate, you're literally going to turn your circulatory system into stone, with high doses.

  • I am a Vegetarian person. Just FYI, these have cow gelatine, confirmed by calling their customer service to check ingredients as the bottle doesn't have any info on them. So if you're veg/vegan please stay away.

  • Has anyone tried the spray?

    • No point. $ per spray, and you don't absorb all that much more per dose than standard capsules or tablets.
