I’m with exetel 100/20 HFC. Im getting really poor international speeds, even streaming video calls are a problem.
I get 5-15 Mpbs down and under 5 up to UK. Testing on belong mobile 4g gets me 60+Mpbs.
Would a couple of people mind testing their UK speeds? Doesn’t have to be exetel.

i can get 200-300Mbps to a local server on speedtest.com. who needs nbn when i can get those speeds using 4g
Strangely enough there was a HFC maintenance outage overnight and international speeds have improved greatly.
Might be coincidence, will see if it lasts.
Spoke too soon , it hit 7pm and international speeds have slowed to a crawl. 5 Mbps.
For future reference: speeds still jump around a bit, but overall are much improved.
Interestingly, I've noticed really poor speeds to UK recently as well, but more on the latency side.
I'm on 1000/40 fibre and below are my results.
Ping should be closer to 200.
