  • Does anyone know if there is any filter in this one?

    • +3

Mine hasn't sworn at me yet

  • can you dishwash the 2 pull out sections (not just the plates)?

    • +1

I have. It was no issue. They are just metal and plastic and was simple. Although they are so easy to clean i don't think you need to. I just did it once cause i had a big space in my dishwasher and wanted to put it on for the filthy plates.

      • Thank you! Sometimes the residual oil disgusts me. So want the dishwasher to do the cleaning. Mine is a Philips which has many parts and hard to clean corners

  • Appalling spare parts warranties and the company that handles they spare parts in Australia are a terrible company to deal with.. their response times to emails are often months and they don't even always have stock of spare parts.
    Would definitely recommend another brand.

    • What spare parts did you need

      • The most common for me has been the blades in their Nutra Ninja Auto-IQ. I think I've had to replace them 5 times and they try and say that blender blades should be be replaced 6 to 12 months as they're a consumable part which is a joke and I've never owned any blender, juicer, or whitegoods that required replacing parts that often.

The blades cost around $50 delivered from them so it doesn't take long to exceed the cost of the machine. Their company gets a rating of 2.1 stars on their Facebook page.

  • Does anyone know if JB Hi-Fi will price match this?

    • +1

Worth a shot though worth noting that JB Hi-Fi's price match policy excludes:

…cash back offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions, grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders, competitor advertising errors, members only or subscription prices, and competitor clearance products or products with limited or restricted quantities.

I have gotten lucky before in the past and received price matches on membership-only items.

  • Please note theres an even bigger version of this as well. the AF400. although a lot more expensive than this model. And the AF450 model with an integrated themometer

    • With bigger price tags unfortunately

  • Is this the same price in store or online only?
