I have one of these, but i think the previous version. Greta lights, but do become noisy when adjusting the position.

But if you never move it, its perfect. for $50 its a great deal.

Worth mentioning that the specs indicate that it is fixed colour temperature. Most Xiaomi lamps have variable temperature, which is something I've found a necessary feature.
