No you do not,
But pretty sure the deal is only for zip customers, So if you want this deal, you'd need access to a zip account, either yourself or someone else's. There's a credit check but otherwise its very handy at times. PLUS YOU can get $10 rewards from using one of the referral codes too (for new user signup)

Really unsure how you managed to spend over your allowed credit limit.
But what I can suggest you is not to go close to your credit limit all of a sudden with not much history of using platform.
And, If they take too long to unlock account, you can probably pay your balance and unlock it earlier that way too.What I did was bought $500 gc then repaid it. Redeemed $50 credit. Then bought $500 gc and repaid it. Then blocked. My balance is paid off. They holding my other $50 credit as hostage haha
hmm, I dont think that's their intention though It might just look suspicious for someone to use their account to full credit limit all of a sudden when they didn't use it at all for a while. (lacking good payment history)
