I am finding that the prices on AliExpress are no longer that competitive when compared to Amazon or Ebay. Even sales at local department stores are sometimes better. On top of that, you get free returns, warranty and support.
All you are saving is maybe $1 on each item. This is what I am observing for electronic goods and bulkier items.
Comes down to the bad exchange rate. It used to better. I still use AliExpress for niche products and their app superdeals page often has small quantity items with big discounts.

Bought 2 last month, using only 1 ATM with rechargeable USB AAA batteries that haven't gone flat yet.

Yeah they'll all stack. The exception is usually the mobile site where a lot of AliExpress promotions won't work as they want you to use the app or desktop site.
