I just saw this advertised on the homepage banner. This also combines with the $12.30 Spicy Burger Box using the eligible coupon code CC8016 for Click and Collect orders only.

UPDATE 15th June: Cashrewards store rep update regarding no tracking:

Hi guys.
We're aware that a small percentage of Red Rooster orders have either tracked at incorrect cashback rates, or not tracked at all.
The incorrect cashback rates will be fixed today.
As for untracked orders, we're currently in discussions with Red Rooster and will update further via this thread once we know more.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and please don't worry - this will be sorted : )

    If I remember correctly, after we ordered, then there will be a text message to let them know if we are in the way to the restaurant and when arrives there, we click another button, then we just tell them the order number. Is it still right ?

    where do we indicate the pick up time, payment page after attempt to pay comes up with error in pick up time.

          I also remember from the last RR Cashrewards deal, my order took until the next day to track to my account. (Tracking was not instant)

  • If I order for example a rooster roll combo (just over $10), will I still get $10 cash back?
    Or should I just order for an amount under $10 only to be safe.

    • It's common for RR to take hours to track after you have confirmed pickup via text/email. Hopefully it tracks soon!

        • No, when this happened to me the store didn't have my order and I had to file a dispute

    Some stores have turned off online-ordering in preparation for this. My regular (Sunshine, VIC) doesn't work for online ordering that I normally use to order online.

  • Anyone else having issue with payment?? PayPal screen won't load :( tried a CC and it's just stuck on the loading thing ffs. Have tried a different store as well

    • Probably an issue with your browser maybe due to adblockers, cookies etc. Try an incognito browser.

      • Using the cr mobile app, but good point I'll try jumping on my laptop

        Edit : i have the CR extension, turned off my adblock and whenever i click through to the RR page, the extension doesnt tick and keeps saying '100% cashback, activate now'. Too much of a risk for incognito since i cant tell and it looks like there will be trouble with tracking lol. sister also tried on her phone (diff house) and same issue

    Don’t have high hopes.
    Ordered through link in this deal.
    Chose store for menu.
    Added coupon CC8016.
    Went to checkout, paid via PayPal (assuming best method, just like pizza hut).

    For those looking for a pre order.
    It sends you a text message for “check in”. Also on the final stage of checkout.
    So I assume you can “check in” when you’re at the store.

    (Received 3 emails, red rooster order received, paypal receipt, red rooster order confirmation)

    Fingers crossed.

  • Same as others not sure if mine tracked, my store has an issue where they dont receive the online order. I showed them my order on the phone and they gave me my stuff.. but not sure if it will end up tracking or not.

    • When that happened to me, they refused to give me the order despite me showing them the confirmation and the money taken out of my account. I was like.. How do I prove I didn't get my order then?! But luckily PayPal gave me the money back

  • Can anyone confirm that the $10 cashback is for ANY order (not just the "Spicy Burger Box for $12.30" that is on the CashRewards page)? It's a bit confusing because the CR page (AND their email) both mention/advertise ONLY the "Spicy Burger Box" even though logically it seems to be a general cashback for ANY order.

        Looks like the BBQ Bacon Box wont work with the $10 cashback when using the code at $12.80, $15.45 normally,
