I just saw this advertised on the homepage banner. This also combines with the $12.30 Spicy Burger Box using the eligible coupon code CC8016 for Click and Collect orders only.

UPDATE 15th June: Cashrewards store rep update regarding no tracking:

Hi guys.
We're aware that a small percentage of Red Rooster orders have either tracked at incorrect cashback rates, or not tracked at all.
The incorrect cashback rates will be fixed today.
As for untracked orders, we're currently in discussions with Red Rooster and will update further via this thread once we know more.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and please don't worry - this will be sorted : )

      I also really like my order of spicy fried chicken. So much nicer than KFC. Crunchy and different taste to usual chain. I wouldn’t mind ordering again except the restaurant was visually not too clean. Will go to another branch next time I’m craving for this.

        Their standard fried chicken is also really good. Way better than crappy KFC. Also their P&G is better. And their chips. Basically everything is better than KFC.

  • No tracking either, picked up during lunch. Code for the spicy burger box also returned an error and couldn’t be applied.

  • Bugger, I just noticed that I am using the same account for my 2 separate purchases, no wonder I only received one $10 confirmation. !!!!?!!!

      • Hmmm I spent $15.95 + $9.45 -$10= $15.4 most expensive chicken that I have ever bought. I am sure that I logged in to the right account, maybe a glitch somehow. Oh well, lesson learnt.

        Can’t even lodge a missing cashback coz there’s no “send a claim” button at my click history 😨

          It states tracking can take 1-7 days, after 7 days a missing cashback claim will become available.

    Mine tracked within 30mins.

    Had the Spicy Burger Box.

    Burger wasn't very good but the fried chicken was great yesterday.

    I've had their fried chicken a few times and it's better than KFC. Less oily and much crunchier skin.

    Pity I don't have RR near home and they don't have a large family meal, eg KFC Cheap and Chips meal.

    Me and wife's account's did not track. Both got spicy burger box, paid with credit card. Made sure to hit the start order button when I got to the store. Sounds like a bit of a fail on RR's end.

      Nothing wrong with CashRewards or the reps, but seems like a big fail with Red Rooster as usual.

  • I noticed there is a difference cashback between Online and In store on Cashrewards website, the problem is that it shows purchase in store instead of purchasing online when you choose click&collect. They fixed the problem, and my cashback is $10 now

    This post is about CR and RR, if the positive/negative votes was split into 2 parts one for CR and one for RR I'm sure CR would be in the high positives and RR would be on the mid-high negatives.

    Hi guys. Another update. Transactions that reported at lower cashback amounts should now be corrected. Also, we've just tracked another batch of orders to members so hopefully most of you have the transactions showing in your accounts now. There's still a few more to go that we're working on with Red Rooster and I'll update here once I know more. We'll get there eventually. Have a great weekend :)

    My purchase was $9.45 but showing $8.59

      Appears ex gst, my order was 12.30 and it's showing 11.18 spent on my cashback accnt.

        If the transaction is not in your My Rewards, please do nothing for now as per my comment here. I will provide a further update when we know more. As I stated earlier, please don't worry - one way or another you will be paid. Please just hold onto your invoice. Have a lovely weekend :)

          @tightarse No tracking for me yet…will continue to check over weekend and hopefully they fix for me too.
          I did not get invoice though…but paid by paypal and got confirmation and also took screenshot of order confirmation,
