Hey mate, that's actually not true, ShopBack does pay out Cashback on LenovoPRO purchase, this was a recent change from Lenovo's end so has only recently been updated, but you're good to go for LenovoPRO now.

Hey mate, Lenovo do say that you may not be eligible for Cashback if you use MyLenovo Reward Points as payment, so it's possible that it could cause issues, but if so, do reach out to us and we can take a closer look into this for you.

The pro store is hit and miss with CB
One order was acknowledged, then another a few days just the standard rate, the order was done on the 30/5/2023
I had screenshots at the checkout stage with CB rates clearly listed, 3.2 % standard / 13.20% prostore
Sent an email asking for a review and was given the run-around and rejected.
Supplied all info including screenshots, confirmation emails, order page etcThis was about $300 CB, so not just a few dollars.
Standard canned emails back and do not address the questions I asked, assume a bot.
Dates are not listed or incorrect, doubt if will bother with this mob again on larger purchases.
Note they say dates from 23/5/2023 BUT "forgot" to put an end date in, next email was the then advising no upsize on the 23/5/2023 !!
My purchase was on both the 23rd and the 30th.
The 23rd tracked ok, 30th did not but they will not/cannot read emails or screenshots clearly showing upsize rates, in the browser pop up add-in.eg

I have received an update about your case from our internal team and upon further investigation, the reason for the cashback being tracked at the standard rate of 3.20% was that your order did not complete within the upsized time frame.
Unfortunately, the offer of 13.20% for Lenovo Pro Store Products is only for orders completed in between 23-05-2023.
I deeply apologize as we would be unable to provide you with any justifiable resolution for this unfortunate occurrence at this moment.

A general reminder: Shopback does not pay cashback for LenovoPRO purchases, so anyone who buys from the business store is better off using Cashrewards (which has boosted cashback every couple of weeks on average).
