        if you have sleep apnea, then yes.

        If you don't know if you have sleep apnea, you'll need to undergo a sleep study to check if your at risk.

        left untreated, could lead to long term illness and or a stroke.

        Even if you don't snore, there is nothing to lose for anyone doing a sleep study. Resmed does them free so worth a try!

          @[Deactivated]: Alternatively, if you get a GP's referral you can get a sleep study paid for by medicare. You just need to wait until they have a spare slot which for me was 6ish months.

            @mwahahaha: also consider seeing getting a referral for an ENT.
            As Obstructive sleep apnea also by caused by large tonsils and going under the knfie maybe also an option to reduce this.

    I've only ever changed the tube and chamber due to damage.
    Tube gets crushed when I roll over onto it and over time (years) it may need replacing (after using gaffa tape to fix, its nice to have a new tube feeling)
    The plastic clips on the S9 water chamber wear and break (and gaffa tape only did so much).

    Not sure about the durability of the S10 water chamber, but I've had mine since 2019 and there has been no issue so far.

    I literally just changed my tube and chamber after about 5 years. Every 12 months seems excessive. The only reason I changed was the tube attachment at the mask end was getting loose and started popping off under pressure. Nothing a cable tie couldn't fix though.
    This is an excellent deal though. I will probably purchase so that I have some spares on hand.
