  How do you track an order? I bought protein last week and the shipping confirmation email stated that no tracking number is available for the delivery method selected (DHL)

      Mine was tracked, i guess it depends if they scan them or not at point of origin. Sometimes it takes up to a week for it to appear on the system.

    I want to try an amino to drink during workout - I have heard of one called Xtend or something?

      Xtend, mmmm, better than cordial. Everyone at my gym is into this. One to sip during the day, one for your workout. A large container lasts ages too.

  Has anyone ever have an item cancelled due to out to stock?

  i checked the item online and still comes up instock, yet i
  received an email yesterday to say the item was takening out of my whole order and cancelled, but the rest of the items were shipped.

  Thought it was odd, firstly it doesn't show as out of stock online and 2nd I dont get a chance to adjust or cancel the whole order.

  I've used iherb, which state they'll send an item seperately when avaialble at their expense, i'm surprised vitacost doesnt do the same!

    Probably better to use Iherb as you can also get $10 off on shipping and they ship a 4lb pack vs Vitacost which is 3lb. This gives you a better deal rather than having to pick the smaller sizes at Vitacost to keep under the 3lb limit.

    iHerb also has limitations on shipping a product to Australia which is known to be restricted by customs, and some protein powders may be limited by customs regulations.
