Ive said it before, and ill say it again… the use case for no sugar powerade is absolutely tiny. Genuinely tiny.
Like, someone running 100miles, but wanting to do it without food/taking on calories.

What if someone were thirsty or liked the flavour of Powerade but didn't want the calories that contribute to weight gain? Missus buys Powerade whenever we're at the shops and having this seems similar to a Coke Zero or non-alcoholic beer (there for enjoyment of the flavour rather than the standard effects)
People doing Keto diet need to consume heaps of salts/electrolytes, but need to do so with no sugar. Also, another pretty obvious use case is people working out to burn calories. They need to hydrate which requires fluid and electrolytes - but they don't want the calories because they're trying to burn those. Makes perfect sense to me.
It's good for re-hydrating on the morning after a big night out.
0.1% of people drinking powerade are running marathons. 99.9% of people drink it cause it tastes nice or after a 1km jog lol.
0.1% of statistics are made up on the spot.
My question is, do you really even run?
I do my long runs once a week at least 21km and these zero cal is my go to drink after for recovery for the whole day.
I have a medical condition that requires me consuming electrolytes every day, I don’t want the high sugar content and I’m not running 100 miles, so I drink these.
Plenty of reasons people drink them.
Zero sugar on power drinks? Mmmmmm…..
