    Got a 12 month one and had to change to a different carrier due to network issues. Don't recommend coles mobile at all.

        Yes not Coles specific. For my mother who has an uncongested Optus tower not far from her house, and 0-1 bars of Telstra service- it's the best option.

      I used Coles for 1 month and like you never again. Was so terrible that everyone I talked to said there was a problem with the line. Some couldnt hear anything. Yes its different depending on where the nearest tower is for you, but that should never happen in any metro area. Mobile data had a 50/50 chance of working no matter where I was too. Also disappointed theres no chocolate deal in this post from the pic lol

      Not sure why this got so many downvotes.

      I also have network issues with them. People can only hear "The number you have called is currently switched off or unavailable OIM1" sometimes when they call me, or they don't hear anything (no beeping tone) but my phone still buzzed and I can answer the call.

      Just had an online chat with them, and they blamed my home is "very close to an Optus blackspot and also has some patchy high/low coverage areas". But I have another card with Amaysim (also Optus network) having absolutely no problems. And that also doesn't explain why I can still call others.

      They said they will escalate and get back to me in 24-48 hours. Let's see how it will go

        I also had network issue and i decided not to use it again but at that time it didn't come with VoLTE … so do you use VoLTE or not ?

          I have tried both having VoLTE on and off. Same result. I have also tried put the SIM card into a different phone, and the issue still persists :(

      Damn telstra network outage in my area since the 12th june, and more planned outage until 22nd june, can't really use the internet both of my boost and belong sims.

      Never had issues for that lengthy time with kogan mb or optus before.

      well they also increased cost of grocery and reduced discount from twice a month to once only so not worth it anymore… !!

      Also, woolworth isn't on telstra i think … it's on optus or vodafone .. !

      and while you have woolworths mobile they don't give you points offer as they know you will be using your 10% discount .. lol !

    I'm currently on an esim. Coles don't offer esim last I checked. Anyone know if converting back to physical sim when switching providers is as easy as just porting my number? Or do I need to convert back while with my current provider first, then switch?
