    I was charged the pay in 4 but gg never completed the checkout and stuck at prompting again for checkout

    so i have been billed but no order generated

    That was slow and a little painful, but was finally able to complete my order. Hopefully Shopback tracks, I received a server error after entering the 2FA for the payment itself, but my card was charged and an order has been generated.

        Lodged a missing cashback and it has just been approved, BUT at the current cashback rate, not the 15% when i purchased via this promotion. Have sought a further follow up.

        Edit: shopback have come back to me and corrected the cashback amount. All sorted!

    I ordered at 11pm and just got confirmation of my cashback. Took 4 flipping hours to order (tried multiple times from 7pm but site kept crashing). Also used PayPal pay in 4 so see how that goes.

      Tried on 2 laptops but was as slow as and never got to the payment page.
      Ended up doing it on the SB app on my 5 year old mobile.

    Just managed to get an extra $10 store credit. Opened my email from TGG and clicked 'Order Tracking'. The page says "To receive your $10 Store Credit, please view your Digital Invoice (by clicking above)." Just need to do an OTP SMS and then it's done :)

        If you have TGG store cash on your android wallet or apple pay, you'll be able to see your current store cash balance. I haven't been paid out yet, but apparently payouts are either the 2nd or 4th Thursday of every month. Only 10 days to use your store credit after it's been paid to you, I think.

          i called them to confirm they said usually 10 days but for this pay4withpaypal promo it becomes 30days.
          same rule, need to use in one go

          also check if you entitle to $10 giftcard by activating digital invoice thingie
