These terms and conditions apply where an existing customer of amazon.com.au who has 1) not previously made a purchase through the Amazon App (Australia Store) and 2) has been invited from Amazon or clicked through on-site marketing whilst signed into their Amazon customer account, makes an eligible purchase on the Amazon App (Australia store) only ("offer"). Offer ends at 31 July 2023 23:59 AEST unless withdrawn earlier. For the purpose of these terms and conditions "eligible items" refers to any product purchased on the Amazon app (Australia Store), whether sold by Amazon AU or a third party seller, but excludes: products sold by Amazon US or Amazon UK (even if fulfilled by Amazon), digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and delivery charges. Delivery charges will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon AU's (and/or the applicable seller’s) standard delivery rates and policies. Once you have added at least $39 of eligible items to your cart, your $10 total discount will be automatically applied at checkout. If you do not add any eligible items to your cart, the offer will not apply. If you cancel or return any eligible item purchased using the offer, Amazon will only refund the price actually paid for the item (that is, less the value of the offer) and the offer will be invalidated.
