To celebrate its recent opening in the pumping Sydney Place precinct, Lode Pies & Pastries is doing free coffees, teas and hot choccies every Wednesday for six weeks—and you don't even need to buy a pastry to get one (but you'd be absolutely insane not to). The mid-week treats are the perfect winter warmer, and an excuse to check out the new Sydney Place foodie precinct; Lode is open 8am–3pm.

    went 2 weeks ago, expect to wait about 20 mins for coffee and it wasn't that great tbh.

    But their pastries are amazing!

        all of them, to be honest I think the almond croissant is one of the things on their menu that has a less differentiable quality advantage over other higher end pastry providers.
