    Members should be aware the old posts are full of terrible behaviour from this rep. I posted some quotes from other members in a previous post the rep didn't appreciate so I was accused of being bored & told I should not comment.

    Another member said they don't communicate to customers when delays are caused by backordering stock, so the Rep asked if they work for a competitor twice. Another one here. But the rep has an amazing attitude & strives for the best to keep everyone happy.

      I hear you on this and read it all. To give the rep a chance ive gone ahead and ordered some stuff. Since COVID19 delays are hopefully behind us, lets see how long it takes to get to me and I will post an update to this post with anything goes wrong :)

        • Lucky for us every package i open is video recorded. Had a bad experience pre-lockdowns with an aliexpress seller that tried to do dodgy item swap.

          Since then I am always sure to do a full video unboxing of all items to be documented for public view so any seller can be exposed. It’s minimal effort and my desk in the workshop already has a stream camera for this.

          Until then lets give the Rep a chance and see how things go. I personally cannot judge them until i receive my goods.

            Hope you are well, this an excellent way to open parcels. We also take photos of what we send and attach it to the order with the packing slip. It has helped us with so many scams. Especially during covid.

            Rest assure you won’t have any issues and we have a 90 day return policy.

            I ordered a good amount of bulk items from them. The following day they called me saying i was clearing out a certain product and thet wanted to keep some aside for other OzBargain members.

            There request was me still getting the same products but in a difficult size equalling to the same total in volume (actually it was more then original volume). I had no problem with this workaround.

            I received my order within two days and they even sent me an additional tin ontop of the order.

            There communication throughout the order was excellent and professional the entire time. I think we need to all understand that during COVID lockdowns, many businesses were struggling to stay afloat and freight was a major issue. Npt every experience will be the same as it depends on the situation.

            In my case, i would recommend these guys and suggest giving them a go. Just play it safe and document yourself opening the package via video if your worried.

    Looking back, I happened to order from them in one of the last sales, and it was sent out quickly enough i guess (maybe was sent out after 7 days, then arrived some time shortly after that). The prices (after discount) aren't too bad comparing to elsewhere for this brand

        i guess more how i meant that to come across is the price is decent, as long as you're willing to wait a couple of weeks :)

        • funnily enough though, now that you mention it, i look back through my history and i was one of the people complaining about choosing express shipping and still waiting after a week haha. it was then sent out that day

          so i guess i wasn't happy after all at the time :P

    IMO, Gatsby is way better than Muk. We put it in our kids hair, and you need about 1/2 as much as we did when we used to use Muk, and it lasts much longer..

    • I've tried probably every combination/product of Gatsby and prefer muk.

      Every time I go to Japan I pick up Gatsby in every combination of colours and shapes I can find and yeah, i just end up reverting to muk, even went as far as trashing the gatsby to clean out stuff i don't use.

      I use this raw muk exclusively! Smells great and the little one that comes in duo packs are excellent for travel

  • I just brought Powell hair clay and hair paste. Australian made in sydney with a very good ingredients list. Hair paste is better. If you use too much paste it can go a little oily looking.

      • I wrote that a little fast before and then I accidentally wiped a large message just now so this will be shorter.

        The cream can help with small correction of direction. Loose hairs etc. Fiarly natural if you don't use much. If you use too much as you want better hold it goes wet/oily looking.

        The clay has a better hold without going to that wet level.

        I switched from goldman roughman as it has potentially unsafe chemicals and Powell's also made in Australia.

        Natural ingredients probably won't be able to compete against some of the other products but in my case I think the powells clay is worth the offset.

    Here we go again…

    This sell WFA1234 has had a horrible reputation on OzBargain, with verbal abuse to fellow OZB members, not giving two flying (profanity) about thier packages and EVEN STILL after all this time, packages are still going missing https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/772460#comment-13704094 - people comment that they have changed but clearly not. Socketpuppeting with new accounts has also been seen and even going further by using barber samples that shouldnt be resold to a consumer.

    Nothing compares to Reuzel for quality hair care products.

      Was also about to recommend Reuzel. Used to use Muk but will never go back. Muk felt like running super glue through my hair in comparison, super tuff like pulling my hair out, had to keep dipping for more, lose it's hold during the day and would dry out in the tin before I could finish it. Reuzel glides through, has great hold and is truely water soluable. A lot more natural feeling.

      I've only tried REUZEL Blue Pomade (paid $28 on sale) but thumbs up from me so far

    This mob, WFA1234, is affiliated with The Beard Club. I dealt with them once on 2/1/22. I ordered 10 Feather Hi-Stainless Double Edge Blades (10) x1. The normal convention is that that implies a quantity of 10 blades - 10 units. Upon delivery, I received 5 blades. The rep later argued with me that 10 refers to 10 shaves/passes/whatever, so they posted 5 blades, rather than 10 units. We couldn't resolve on our own and I resorted to AMEX customer service in the end in order to get my money back. I suspect they have already taken their page off Google, which has stopped people from leaving reviews.

    Please contact our store or resend email, we may have missed it in junk. We resond to emails within 12 hours normally.

You will receive a tracking today. We called to notify you and ask if you wanted to wait or refund. *Only Muk Orange was effected.

          Please stop lying, or adjust your email inbox spam settings so customer emails don't end up as "junk" and you miss their enquiries - I replied to your email over two weeks ago where you said to expect the order the week of the 17th (see below).

            @Jezah: We replied to the email again on Saturday at 8:13am. Yes we did call as well. So I’m not sure who is lying.

            I personally made two phone calls and for both updates and one sms on the first update. Never called back and never sms back.

            Take the time to comment here but never to call back or call our store. That’s amazes me. Enjoy.

              Why should customers have to chase up their orders themselves when you have "damaged stock" and it goes for weeks with zero communication…and when they do email, it somehow ends up in your junk email folder.

              PS: "You will receive a tracking today." - again, shockingly (/s), this didn't happen.

                  No…you literally just cancelled my order this afternoon - nothing to do with failing in your promise that I'd receive tracking yesterday. Just be honest!

                  Do you think it's a surprise you have received such regular poor feedback in terms of how you conduct business? Do you think it's just co-incidence or something? In future, simply communicate if there are stock issues….don't lie or mislead…respond to emails?

                  Just a final note - email is many people's preferred method of communication these days. Particularly if calls are made on weekends or 9pm on Fridays. Suggest you ensure customer enquires (who have spent their money ordering through your business) don't end up sitting in your junk folder for weeks, without response.
