From what I can see the main body itself has brush attached at the bottom to scrub while steaming. Looks like this unit also has a hard water filter (See video 5) which can be replaced.
Majority of these steam cleaners fail due to limescale/ mineral deposit build up - so hopefully this unit is a bit better at that. The attachments looks decent as well.

If anyone is interested - I picked up this unit yesterday and for extra $14 dollars got a additional 2 year replacement warranty with BillyGuyatts. Not bad.
Quality wise the unit is not bad - lot of steam - good little brush attached to the unit - the detergent works well too.
Cons: Water tank too small. You need to press the trigger for steam to generate, lot of steam means the floor will be extra wet.
Cant justify $200 price tag but for $100 - not bad I would say.
