I bought a plant based one yesterday, is that the same as vegan? It was cookies & cream, tasted okay. Not sure if it was discounted like the others though.

Maltitol makes these fairly unsustainable, so stay away I'd say.
You could have one a day, but two together I wouldn't dare cuz of the runs, and make sure you aren't using this as "keto" as Maltitol raises blood sugar, like sugar.
It's a deceptive practice to use Maltitol instead of other thickeners and natural sweeteners.Friends 14 year old son just started going to the gym. What would be a good present for him ( as his birthday is next week)??

Resistance bands, ab-roller. push-up board. Stuff he can use when he can't get to the gym.
Gym bag, protein shaker or Nike drink bottle, gym towel.
Kettle bell weights
Other options to consider: creatine monohydrate, foam roller, straps for grip, straps for cable machines, door frame pull-up bar, large water flask. Don't get a massage gun.
Unfortunate that they don't stock the vegan protein bars.
