Black ops is that a comparable good single player like the new mw2?
Apparently has the best Zombies experience, has a good multiplayer experience, and a cringe single-player mode.
However, with the way CoD goes, they shut down the servers so people stop playing online, and they upgrade to the next game. So it's basically like a single-player game at the moment. Unless you've got a dozen friends and you all log in at the same time, to force the game to put you into a lobby/server. Which btw they use the really cheap servers, so it'll be slow and latency, compared to the latest CoD title. Otherwise you'll be eternally waiting at the lobby screen trying to enter into a match, only for it to time out. Or better yet, you're on PC and have private servers, but then: cheaters.
That's just bot accurate. I play multiplayer all the time and easily get a game, however you do have to settle for team deathmatch..
And yes rhe zombie experience is amazing. My personal favourite is die mashine.
I can't get a match after waiting for 20 mins. Yes, Team Deathmatch. The best I can get is Nuketown if I let it wait long enough. Before it used to be a 3min or less wait, and they used Aussie servers. Now there's Aussies, but the latency is through the roof (HK servers?) even though I'm using FTTP. Not sure what the fix is. Playing on PS5 with a PS4 Disc. Will try again from PSN in a week's time.
@Kangal: A few things……need to play at night time and this going on ps plus is a blessing as it should increase the number of players. Im getting ping of about 30 on multiplayer which is good.
That's unfortunate, as I only play Cod's for the single player. Will still give it a shot, but not inspiring.

the campaign is a bit of fun. the last mission is probably the best bit of it from memory, quite trippy.
Have you guys heard about those free movies they're showing on netflix? Only $14.99 aud per month for free movies. Lots of free thing around these day so cool.

Meh month for me as well, I don't like horror and I am sick of shooters.
I've never heard of the other game, but I may play it as long as it's not horror.
I wouldn't call Alan Wake horror. I'm not a horror person myself, and I had a blast going through it. It's more tension/intrigue than "monsters and ugly death".
Different people like different games. I'd personally rather FPS than RPG's.

Yep. Lots.
A bit repetitive? It’s a masterpiece worth persevering with to the finish, but the gameplay, which is fun to begin with, is a drag to the end.

Tense, like a suspense/thriller. That atmosphere in that game is second to none. Easily one of the most memorable game experiences of my life.

Alan Wake is a bit repetitive but an excellent game. The story is really good and it's linked to another game (don't want to spoil it).

nah ps plus is similar to game pass but is playing the game on the console, not strreaming
That's 99% correct. Once downloaded onto your console, you can stream from your own console.
On Xbox, you can stream from your own console and Microsoft servers.
Games are live on ps plus now.

@DASHCAM NOW DUDE: YMMV. I'd rather carry something like switch, or play a native game developed for the phone/tablet than streaming a game over the internet :(
@kaleidoscope: Fair. "Good" natively developed mobile games are extremely rare and they;re developed with only touch in mind.
I would much prefer offline gaming but it's still amazing I'm playing FF16 with my DualSense on my 6.7inch OLED at lunch.
