This performance ski jacket delivers modern weather protection and warmth while having retro aesthetics.

With a HELLY TECH® PERFORMANCE 2-layer fabric system, the Alpine Jacket is waterproof/breathable and windproof. The jacket has a light and effective synthetic insulation in chevron baffles. An articulated cut and 2-way stretch fabric deliver freedom of movement on the slopes. We were inspired by Norway’s long ski history. The technology and aesthetics reference the jackets we designed for Norway’s National Ski Federation. Additional ski details include a ski pass pocket, high collar with chin guard and mesh ventilation to release heat during exertion. This jacket has a 100% recycled lining and was made according to the certified bluesign® textile manufacturing process, which reduces waste in every step of the clothing supply chain.

RRP inflated. Anaconda $299 at the moment. Still, cheaper than Anaconda

      Aldi one is $60

  • $250 with PSNSJUN (eBay Plus)

  • I have this, the insulation is quite minimal so will still need fair amount of layering underneath. It's a lot softer than Goretex which is a good thing

    • Layering is always a good idea anyway, too much insulation and you can get hot and sweat on longer high output runs, so you then freeze on the lift on the way back up. I highly recommend the Macpac Prothermal gear. It's expensive but the best base layer I have found. (better than the Katmandu, Arcteryx, Helly Hansen etc gear I tried). I now wear an Arcteryx shell with zero insulation, and just a Macpac Prothemal underneath, I run hot when snowboarding and used to get sweaty, but now I stay warm, comfy and dry. - https://www.macpac.com.au/macpac-mens-prothermal-fleece-top/…
