  After you activate your account, it should come as a PDF attachment with the Welcome to the Spotlight VIP Club email.
  
  Edit: Oops was it recently? I joined online a fair while back, I registered through the new system and still got the voucher.

What does it mean "Minimum spend is $10 after all discounts".
You have to buy something $20+ or $10+?
