  • Is this any good? Looking for cleaning car seats and curtains

Its not bad. Ive used it on my car seats and a fabric couch. Got all of the discolouration and odour from sweat out

If you have a wet shop vac and a spray bottle to dispense solution, pretty much does the same thing.

      • That's true, but if you're looking for an all-in-one convenient option, or if you don't have a wet vac, then I highly recommend Bissell. Great investment.

      • I tried this and had no luck. Is my wet dry vac underpowered? It pulled no water out of the couch.

      • Although the heat this produces would help.

      • Vacuum suction is mediocre at best. I had to leave my car under the sun in summer to get the car seat dry.
The so-called "heatwave technology" is more like “because the water tank is sitting next to the vacuum motor”….
Brought one last time when it went on sale, used twice.

  • Same as always. Good for small chairs and car upholstery, plus curtains i would say.

Great for cat puke. 15/10 would buy again.

  • Buy a dry/wet vac. Mild soapy water in spray bottle will clean most marks. Plus you then have a vac u can use for other stuff.

    • Any recommendations? Links?

      • Be honest I don't. But any good brand with good reviews would do a good job.

  • Anyone used this and the Vax that Bunnings offers?

  • I bought this for $200 a few months ago. Did a great job on our 2nd hand couch that we got for free. As with the carpets. The suction does a Decent job of pulling out a lot of the water, but it'll still need time to dry naturally.

My first one started leaking so sca swapped it for a new one. Sca are the only people who sell this, so they claim.

  • I've been using this since the last deal almost bi-daily for kitten spots on cat blankets and carpet.

I've never owned a wet/dry vac but for me this works a treat! In conjunction with the Bissell pet stain and odour protect liquid.

The heatwave technology they mention is gimmicky if not, non-existant though. Put in cold liquid, cold liquid comes out. Maybe if you put in warm water (like the video makes you do anyway) it will maintain the temperature better? However, I don't find this useful at all because a top-up of the tank lasts me like 15 cycles of cleaning so like a months worth of kitten stain cleaning. Heatwave technology would only do me good for that first session.. 😅

    • Kmart Sold out online.

  • Anyone tried the SCA 18v version for comparison (using a decent battery instead of the one provided).

  • And just for a heads up…it's cool fresh air to help carpet dry not heat. Heat makes the carpet sweat :)
